Where do you ship to?

We ship to many countries around the world. To see if we can deliver to you please visit of Delivery information page

How quickly do you send orders out?

Once you place an order we strive to make and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Most order leave us the next day.

We dispatch Monday to Saturday, the cutoff point is Friday 10am. Orders before this time will be sent on the Saturday. Orders after are sent on the following Monday.

How long does delivery take?

That depends on where it is going. Within the UK “Where we’re based” orders take up 2-4 days to arrive. Australia 7-21 days the USA 7-28 days.

At times the delivery destinations customs can delay parcels. This isn’t normally a problem but it can add a few days.

During very busy times we do our best and work as quick as we can. If there are any possible delays we will announce this on our delivery page.

Can I personalised all gift you sell?

Not all but many can be. You find every gift that can be personalised in some way by visiting the Personalised Category

Do you do personalised request?

If you have seen a product that doesn’t have personalised options but you want it to be we can normally help. Please send us a message via our Contact Page and we’ll work with you.

I’ve made a personalised order mistake can you help?

Yes, we will do our best to help you but it is important for you to Contact Us quickly. If we have already made your order it may be too late.

If we haven’t started making it, then we will be more than happy to correct any errors you have made.

I’ve seen a product elsewhere can you recreate it for me?

Maybe! If you want us to add commonly used quotes, text or saying to a badge or mug we can normally do that. Just remember we can’t copy the design like for like.

But, we cannot use any material that is copyright, trademark or intellectual property.
